A dash of literature, a dollop of yarn, a pinch of seeds, a spoonful of spice, a cup of paint and a very large piece of chocolate!

One More Thing...
I completely forgot about the foliage hat I completed last week.
I really enjoyed working this pattern. It wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it was going to be, and that is always good! I am now very much in love with Malabrigo yarn.
mmmm malabrigo!! yarn haven's gonna get it in stock 'cause i can't stop talking about it. hee! speaking of, do you get to play there, tomorrow night?? are you free wed/thurs or fri?!?
I also used Malabrigo for the first time on a Foliage hat--and promptly ordered three more skeins to make three more hats. Love that stuff, and love the pattern too!
Once upon a time there was a little kitten who lost her mittens and did not know where she should go. Her mother was angry and her father upset, so she began to fret about how she might make things right. While her parents slept, she found some yarn out in the red barn and finding some nails, she fashioned steel rails. By the time the sun had raised its head and climbed out of bed this little kitten had knitted new mittens.

The Lost Mittens
Once upon a time
there was a little kitten
who lost her mittens
and did not know
where she should go.
Her mother was angry
and her father upset,
so she began to fret
about how she might
make things right.
While her parents slept,
she found some yarn
out in the red barn
and finding some nails,
she fashioned steel rails.
By the time the sun
had raised its head
and climbed out of bed
this little kitten
had knitted new mittens.
